• How Do I Place An Order? Ordering is as easy as 1…2…3… #1 Choose jersey, select your product style, sizes, and color. #2 Choose customization, add logo and numbering style. #3 Add roster, input player names and numbers.

• What Forms Of Payment Do You Take? We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. For large organizations or corporate orders, we may be able to arrange alternate methods of payment. Please contact us if you have any questions about alternate payment methods.

• When Do I Get Charged? Our secure real-time ordering system will authorize your card the moment you place your order. Your order will be reviewed by customer service and after confirmation of availability 60% of order will be charged. The remaining 40% will be charged on shipment of order.

• Do You Charge Sales Tax? For US and Canada NO taxes are added. State law requires we charge applicable 8% sales tax to addresses in the state of Illinois. Tax exempt organizations will NOT be responsible for any sales tax.

• What About Security And Privacy? We never share you information with anyone. All information provided by you is kept strictly confidential.

• Is There A Minimum Order? $200 minimum is required. However you may lose quantity discounts and FREE SHIPPING applies only to team orders of 15 or more jerseys.

• What Is The Turnaround Time For Delivery? Normal delivery time for in stock customized team orders is approximately 5-7 business days. Our GUARANTEED time for such an order is 3 weeks or you will receive a 10% discount on the total order!

• What Type Of Customization Do You Offer?

• Screen printed logos, names and numbers. These will be permanently heat applied. Great economical choice for logos with much detail.

• Laser Cut Permanent Twill. Cut with a laser the heat sealed edges require no sewing yet give a professional look, durability, and affordability.

• Sewn Tackle Twill. To get that pro quality look all edges are machine zigzag sewn. Additional charges are required for labor.

• Chenille patches. Your logo available in chenille on a felt patch.

• Embroidered cresting. Allow one week for special quote.

• What If I Don’t Have A Logo? You can select one of our camera ready designs. Our designs can be fit with you choice of font and team name.

• How Do I Send Artwork? E-mail your artwork in a camera ready vector file created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw. Files that are submitted in a raster file such as jpg. may have to be recreated. If artwork is received in a format other than vector, a $25 fee may apply.

• What About Sizing? Please refer to the manufacturer sizing charts provided. If not familiar with products it is advised to contact customer service for fitting advice. Please ensure correct sizing is ordered as returns for sizing issues will be charged 25% restocking.

• Can I Make Changes To An Existing Order? If your order has not been shipped or customized it is possible to make modify within reason (size changes are on hand, names and numbers not yet produced). Quantity discounts may be affected. Customized jersey orders cannot be modified once customization has begun.

• Do You Offer Samples? Yes, samples are available. You will be charged for the sample and credit will be given towards your order once the sample is returned.

• Do You Offer A Price Guarantee? Yes, we will meet any advertised internet price for like products and offers.

• What Is Your Return Policy? If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, or there is an incorrectly shipped item, we will replace or refund the returned item once we have received it. Customized items cannot be returned because these were made specifically for you. Unopened non custom products will be charged a 25% restocking fee plus shipping.
